My couples work is largely based on the Gottman Method. Couples begin with the completion of a Relationship Checkup, which assesses many relationship characteristics including connection, concerns, conflict and shared meaning. The strengths and challenges identified focus the work on specific intervention tools to engage in more effective types of communication. Couples ultimately develop the skill-set necessary to promote a comprehensive, satisfying relationship. Couples will learn to:
manage conflict
overcome challenges
improved ability to communicate and understand one another

Sessions are 45 minutes long. I accept most major insurance plans for payment. Please inquire about coverage at the time of scheduling an appointment.
